JP Lynch

J.P. is a Principal, bringing over a decade of private equity and private credit experience.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Vice President at Advantage Capital, where he was actively involved in sourcing, executing, supporting, and exiting investments across a range of industries, with particular focus on lower middle-market companies. His work has spanned both control-equity and growth investments, including leading performance transformations and scaling early-stage ventures.

J.P. began his career at Stone Carlie (now BDO), where he built valuation and operating models for M&A, litigation, and estate planning engagements. He earned a B.S. in Finance and General Management, with a focus in Entrepreneurship, from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
